When will I get my order?

A manager will add you to the friends list within 24 hours after processing the order. The order itself will be delivered in 30 days after adding the manager to the friends list. Most of our items can only be given as a gift, but Dota 2 has a restriction on delivery that prohibits sending them before 30 days from the manager being added to your friends list. An exception to this is the following categories of items: services, Arcanas, weather effects and Steam points. The delivery dates are shown on the item cards. When sending these items as a gift, there may be a delay due to the restriction not permitting us to send more than 8 gifts a day. You should also remember that gifts cannot be delivered if trading in your account is not available.
Can I cancel my order or choose another item?

Yes, you can do both. Within 7 days after placing the order, you can do that in your profile by clicking «Refund». After 7 days, it will only be possible through the technical support with the consent of the manager who conducts the order. When refunded, the amount spent on this purchase will be added to your balance. It's not possible to change the item itself, but you can request a refund and place a new order.
Can you manager offer to trade items or ask to follow a link or vote for the website?

In the top right corner of the Dota 2 interface you can find the icon of the arsenal (the sword and shield icon) where gifts are located. The order will appear in your in-game inventory just after the sending It may not display in the Steam inventory for a while. To unpack the gift, you need to open the arsenal in the game, right-click on the gift and click the button «Unpack».

If the manager you've previously bought from has the item, you don't have to wait for 30 days. If the item may be transferred by the manager from your friends list, a fast delivery icon will appear above the item (a white arrow in a blue rectangle). Items with this icon may be delivered faster than 30 days after adding the manager to friends. The delivery time of items with this icon is determined by the time that manager is in your friends list. Additional waiting may occur if the manager has a queue. It is caused by the fact that 8 gifts a day may be delivered.
When will the manager add me to friends after I've placed my order?

The manager must add you to friends within 24 hours from the moment of your making an order, but usually it happens faster. To get the link to your manager’s account or your order status you can in your profile on the website.
Can I pay for my order in items?

Yes, you can. You need to contact our technical support. We will provide you with a link for the exchange and inform you of the amount that needs to be delivered as items. Your exchange will be accepted within 24 hours and your balance will be replenished right away when the exchange will be accepted. The commission for payment in items is 20%. Only tradable items that sell well on the Steam trading platform are available to be used as a form of payment.
Why does the status of my order not change?

The orders statuses are changed manually and sometimes may not correspond to the facts. We trace the statuses of orders and correct those that do not correspond to reality within 24 hours.
Why do I need to pay more when paying in items?

It is caused by the fact of mismatching the Steam balance rate to the electronic currency rate. This mismatch is graded by the commission.
Why do you sell items for less than Steam?

What should I do if I can't find the item I ordered in the manager's inventory?

Some categories of items such as Dota+ subscription, battle pass and its levels are purchased by the manager and appear in the inventory just before the delivery.
Can I buy an item from the set instead of buying the whole set?

Unfortunately, no. The majority of items of unpacked sets cannot be delivered as a gift. The exceptions are Collector's Cache I 2019 and Collector's Cache I, II 2020. However, we do not send them separately because of the lack of demand for specific parts of the sets.
Can I order items as gifts for my friends?

Yes, of course. When making a purchase you should activate an option “For Friend” in your cart and enter the link to the account the gift should be delivered to.

Unfortunately, no. Almost every exclusive item and set that can be gifted may be sent only once. They are linked to your Steam account. The exceptions are Collector's Cache I 2019 and Collector's Cache I, II 2020 sets and Immortal items when they become tradable on the Steam Community Market.

Can I add your managers beforehand?

Yes, you can. To do that, you need to contact our technical support with the request for giving the link to the account with the required item. When contacting us, you should inform what item you are going to buy and give the link to your Steam account if it is not linked to your website account. Pay attention to the fact that you cannot book an item before paying and it can be sold out.
Why does the manager not answer my messages?

Our rules state that any manager should answer your messages within 24 hours. The situations when the manager does not answer your messages appear rarely and are always caused by reasonable excuses. In such cases you can contact our technical support. We will respond to you within 24 hours and solve your problem.
Why has the manager not added me to friends?

(If the manager curating your order has not sent you a friend requst within 24 hours, then you have already added the manager or you have suddenly declined the request. If it is not so, then please contact our technical support and we will solve it. The link to the manager’s account you can find in the information about the order in your profile.

Can I sell you the Collector's Cache sets or Immortal items?

Currently we accept only large inventories that contain items from 2020 or before. Pay attention to the fact that ONLY packed sets are appropriate.
How do you deliver the Steam points?

Our manager gives awards to your Steam profile that are equivalent to the order amount. ccording to Steam conditions the points are given in 14 days from the moment of their sending. To send you the points you should have a public Steam profile. If you have ordered many points, then the manager can ask you to add screenshots to your profile because the profile itself can be given only 6000 points.
Why does the order status show "Delivered" if I haven't received the Steam points?

The order status has been changed to "Delivered" because we have already sent you the points. The points are sent as awards and, as per Steam's rules, will replenish your balance only after 14 days from the moment of their sending.
